地域の国際化と産業人材育成
Regional Globalization and Human Resource Development for Industry

　サポーティング・インダストリーが集積する福井地域においても、タイやベトナム、マレーシアといった東南アジア新興国に生産拠点の一部を移転することの必要性が認識されており、その流れが急速化しつつあります。このような背景を受け、これまで福井大学産学官連携本部では、グローバルに活躍できる産業人材育成プログラムの構築調査を行っています。

　In the Fukui region, where supporting industries are concentrated, the necessity of relocating part of the production base to emerging Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia has been increasingly recognized, and this trend is accelerating.
　In response to this situation, Headquarters for Innovative Society-Academia Cooperation of the University of Fukui has been conducting a study to develop a human resource development program aimed at fostering globally competent industrial professionals.

　現在、常駐の教職員を配置していませんが、8～9月、2～3月を中心に本学教員が滞在していますので、お気軽にご連絡の上、お越しください。
（例）産学連携による国際共同研究（企業－福井大学、企業－福井大学－タイの大学）や人材育成（インターンシップ受け入れ、企業の人材育成）等。

　Although there are currently no full-time faculty or staff stationed at the Bangkok office, faculty members from the University of Fukui regularly visit during August–September and February–March.
Please feel free to contact us in advance if you wish to visit.
Examples of activities include:
・International collaborative research through industry-academia partnerships (e.g., between companies and the University of Fukui, or trilateral collaborations involving companies, the University of Fukui, and Thai universities)
・Human resource development initiatives such as internships and corporate training programs
